  • Hi friends! I’m Letticia Hernandez, a Senior Loan Advisor based in Sacramento, California. While I proudly call Sacramento home, I’m honored to serve clients throughout Northern California, the Bay Area, and Southern California.

    Now in my sixth year in the mortgage industry, I’ve dedicated my career to refining my craft and helping hundreds of first-time homebuyers, investors, and contractors achieve their real estate and financing goals. My business has been built almost entirely through referrals, a reflection of my commitment to exceptional customer service and trust-based relationships.

    I help keep communication clear, assist with processing, and ensure everything stays on track from start to finish. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I’m proud to support both English- and Spanish-speaking clients every step of the way.

  • Hi, I’m Brandon, Letticia's Junior Loan Partner.

    I’m often one of the first people you’ll connect with when you begin your home loan journey, and my role is to help make those first steps feel simple, organized, and stress-free.

    I handle the initial intake process, help gather the necessary documents, coordinate and schedule meetings, and make sure everything is organized and ready for Letticia to step in and guide you through the next steps.

    My goal is to create a smooth start to your lending experience so that when it’s time for Letticia to take over, you feel prepared, informed, and confident moving forward. I’m excited to be part of your journey from the very first conversation to the day you get the keys!
