  • Hi friends! I’m Letticia Hernandez, a Senior Loan Advisor based in Sacramento, California. While I proudly call Sacramento home, I’m honored to serve clients throughout Northern California, the Bay Area, and Southern California.

    Now in my fifth year in the mortgage industry, I’ve dedicated my career to refining my craft and helping hundreds of first-time homebuyers, investors, and contractors achieve their real estate and financing goals. My business has been built almost entirely through referrals, a reflection of my commitment to exceptional customer service and trust-based relationships.

Pema Dolkar

Loan Officer Assistant

  •  Hi, I’m Pema Dolkar. I help guide clients through the intake and pre-approval process, making sure every step is organized, smooth, and stress-free. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of the Pacific and bring over ten years of experience in hospitality and client relations.

    I’m fluent in English, Tibetan, and Chinese, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure they feel supported throughout their home-buying journey.

    I’m passionate about helping families achieve their dream of homeownership and continuing to grow in real estate finance. My long-term goal is to become a licensed loan officer and a real estate agent, and expand into real estate investing and business ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy working out or doing hot yoga, reading, bartending, and launching my own food truck business, Sac Spuds, which blends my creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
